I went to use it and nothing works on control panel. No beeps or lights. The start light blinks about every 5-10 seconds. I have taken the bottom panel off and checked that I have 110 and I do. I am assuming it is the control panel. Is there anyway to check these out?

Start/reset button blinks, 5 second delay, blink, 10 second delay, blink, keeps going on this pattern. I have tried holding the heat dry button to unlock panel but that didn't do anything. No other lights are lit.
