I have water leaking on floor. There is very little to no water in condensate water tray, but a lil. Fan is working, air passages are clear.I noticed frozen water on bottom of freezer. It appears water is leaking out from freezer side. This is a 27 cubic foot side by side refrigerator. Any ideas? Must it be defrosted to go any further?

I noticed condensate tray was empty. I noticed ice in drain area of defroster section, and ice was on botom of freezer section. I defrosted freezer section, and snaked a thick wire down the drain tube to free obstruction. Vacuumed underneath and surrounds. All is good in frigerator world again. I think I may need a new gasket around freezer door but we'll fall off that bridge when I am sure all is good with repair after a week.
