Hello,

My fridge and freezer seem to still be cold inside but the outside on the freezer side is Very warm to the touch. What would cause this. I took the back apart and cleaned the coils and everything, but the fan between the compressor and condensor doesn't seem to turn on, but I don't know at what point it should. Is there a sensor ,thermostat somewhere that should tell it when to turn on that might be bad, or is it built onto the fan unit
? Trying to repair myself if possible. Thank you.

it really sucks there isn't an answer to this yet. I have the exact same problem and am afraid the house is going to burn down.
