Refrigerator & Freezer are running but will not cool. Any help?

Remove the back panel and check if the compressor is running. It should make a whining noise and the condenser coils will get hot.

Model number is GE GSS22JFMA . IT is a side by side unit. The bottom half of the freezer seems to frost up on the back inside. The top part seems warm and does not make any ice.

You have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at, if this is the best the compressor can cool the evaporator.
