Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/7/2010(UTC) Posts: 2		Replaced the bake element as is it was burned off a piece. Replaced that today and now when I go to heat it up I get nothing. I can hear a relay click like before when it work as it was warming but it's not. I took all panels off and inspected wires and nothing broken or burned. Is the control display the culprit?

Try Broil if that also does not work the hi-limit switch may be open. Your unit may not have one, see below http://www.servicematters.com/maytag_library/docs/TDC-0065-B.pdf

I would say yes if all the wiring looks OK. Odds are that it is the hi-limit as this is a common problem.
