the freezer is holding temp. cleaned coils , refridge temp seems ( OK) condenser fan cycles on and off but seems to be running slow. DC voltage on J2 at pin 3 to 8 is 13v dc from pin 3 t0 5 its 3.9v dc. left back off and turned a fan on coils and temp drops down and controls to set point. controlling for 36 hours no problem. take away fan temp starts to rise. is the fan running to slow? if so what is the fix / /

I have a GE PSI23SGMD with the same problem. I measure 5.5v on J2 between pin 3 and 5. Service document says it should be at least 12v and to replace the main control board as a fix. Seems expensive (~$125) without an assurance that it is the fix.

I bit the bullet and replaced the main control board and it fixed my problem.
