:confused:My Estate dryer stopped drying clothes! It's heating, the heating coil gets red & the drum tumbles, but the clothes aren't drying as they should. I put an average size load in & after 4 hours, they still weren't completely dry. Please advise me as to what may be the problem.

Most of these drying problems are due to some sort of venting issue. Most likely the dryer needs to be blown out and the vent pipe cleared.

Thank you so much for your suggestions; it was the correct answer. We checked the venting & actually there was a "kink" in the vent tubing. The dryer is now drying clothes & the venting areas are now cleaned out! ( I hope this is the right place to reply to your suggestions.) This repair forum is a great thing!
