OK, I have narrowed it down to a drain cycle. After the noise stops, I opened the dishwasher and the tub is emptied of water. It also occurs right when the machine has turned on, on any cycle. It last for just maybe 5 seconds, then begins to fill up. No issues other then when the machine is draining/emptying.

You may want to check the drain pump. Unfortunately I'm not able to give you more specific instructions without the model number.

The model number you posted does not look as a valid Frigidaire model number. Try to use the model number locator.

Well thats rather interesting. I took the number off the frame abutting the door. Model # was listed right below Serial #. Does Electrolux ring a bell? As the dishwasher wears a Frigidaire badge, but names Electrolux on the Model/Serial tag.

Frigidaire belongs to Electrolux. Electrolux bought it a few years ago.

Model number is always on top of serial number. It should start with three or four letters.

It's an F!

The drain pump is located on the right side of the main pump sump (#60 on the diagram). You probably have to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet to access it.

Remove the drain pump and check the pump and its hoses.

Is this a problem with my water valve or is a part on my machine probably starting to break and needs replaced? I have fixed my kenmore washer and dryer issues so hoping I can fix this too.

I'm having this exact same problem. Noise starts, shut the water valve, noise stops then runs fine. Does it towards the end of the cycle. Any suggestions? Bosch model #SHE44C06UC
