The dryer is not heating up anymore. Does anybody have an illustration on how to get to take out the heating element?

You may want to start the troubleshooting by checking if there is 240 VAC to the dryer. There suppose to be two power legs of 120 VAC each and if one of them is missing, the motor will work but the heater would not.

If there is nothing wrong with the incoming voltage, then there are a few parts in the dryer which are involved in the heating process and you have to check them for continuity to determine which part exactly is bad.

You can find some useful information in our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...timer-wont-turn-off.html and http://forum.appliancepartspros...-no-heat.html#post102721
