Dishwasher wasn't cleaning on top rack. Repairman said it was the circulation pump and he was checking pricing. I don't have alot of knowledge when it comes to dishwashers. I took off the filter on the bottom and looked into the hole to the right side of the dishwasher using a flashlight and a mirror. It looks like there is a blue soft plastic inside the hole. I can't feel the impeller when sticking my finger in there. Is this plastic supposed to be there or is it debris that is blocking the water flow?

Got impatient and reached inside and tugged the plastic. Turned out to be part of a long label that got wrapped up with the impeller. Testing the dishwasher now
