Couldn't find a reference according to your posted model number. Look in the freezer compartment. You'll need to remove a panel inside. It will eithr be at the back, or on the bottom, of the compartment. Removing it will expose the evaporator. In normal operation, the coils are evenly coated with a thin frost. Partial covering, or thick covering of snowy frost, indicate a problem. Report what you find. (The fan also should be running when the compressor is running).

It will be very obvious whether the evaporator fan is runnung or not. It's the fan in the freezer compartment at the evaporator. If there is no frost pattern on the evaporator coil at all, either your compressor isn't running, or your refrigerator is undercharged (as in a refrigerant leak), or you just caught it in a defrost mode.

Most refrigerant leaks are minute, and very gradual. You won't see it; especially if it's inside the insulation. That's why they make refrigerant leak detectors. It sounds, froom your description, like you either have a very serious restriction in your system, or a low refrigerant charge.
