I have water collecting in the bottom of my refridgerator on the freezer door side , it freezes there and leaks out onto the floor

You probably just have a plugged drain hole/tube under the freezers evaporator coils.
Clear the plug, also check that the drain tube is not clogged where it empties into the tray under the unit.
It is a good idea to flush it out with a 10% bleach solution. This will kill and hopefully flush out any crud in the tubing.
A turkey baster comes in handy here. Just be careful to not overflow the drain tray.
