Hello , I;m writing to you guys seeking some guideness ,I went to run it and the LOCK SIGN is stuck on red and I;m unable to push any other buttons.The other BUTTONS will not do anything:confused:

Try pushing the heated dry key for about 10 seconds to see if it will unlock the keyboard.
