I've seen the general parts diagram for this model on your site, but it doesn't show the correct positioning for the spring. One side of the plastic door popped off, and the spring moved. I can pop the door back on, but now, there is no tension, so it won't open automatically. What is the correct position for the spring? Can you post a specific diagram or describe clearly? Thanks in advance!
