Hello, I own a Kenmore Flat Cooktop Oven/Range with a malfunctioning front left large burner. The burner stays on indefinitely if I turn it on, and need to unplug the oven to turn it off. (sometimes that doesnt even work) From your site it looks like its a broken infinity switch. I searched my model number (Kenmore 790.96129409)using your search but did not locate anything. If you could point me to the correct replacement product I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time

Most likely the problem is a bad infinite switch for the burner. - The dual element switch Part number: AP2126649

Just a quick follow up question...the product you posted is for a dual element...my dual element burner (small and large) is the bottom right burner which is working perfectly. Do i need the same dual element replacement switch for the bottom left burner, which is large only? Thanks!

This is a universal switch, used as replacement part by the manufacturer. It comes with the installation instructions. Gene.
