Our 10 yr Neptune has just started to fail to go into the high speed spin after the 3rd rinse, so clothes are all wet. When I listened closely, the motor seemed to never go into the high speed mode; the pump drained but the spin did not occur so clothes still wet.
Proficient at tech stuff but don't know exactly where to start or what to look for.
Wiring diagrams?
Repair manual?

Sounds like the motor (and motor drive board). Unfortunately, they're sold as an assembly (or kit).
Here's the part number: Part number: AP4010145
