Initially, oven or broiler would heat for ~ 10 min. and then F1 error code would occur. A new touch pad was installed which solved the problem and oven worked fine for ~ 2 yrs. Then, F1 error code appeared again like previously observed. All connectors on EOC were disconnected and all electrical connections were cleaned and were reconnected. Oven temp sensor gave 1100 ohms (room temp) when checked at connector at EOC board. Oven then worked for ~ 10 min. before an “F3” error code was now observed. Sometimes F3 is indicated immediately on pressing oven or broil on touchpad and sometimes not until after ~ 10 min of oven/broiler heating. Could this be an intermittent oven sensor problem? or does the EOC or touchpad( again) need replacement? Trying to decide if a new oven is warranted. Help!

Make sure the sensor plug is connected to the EOC really tight. Check the pins on the EOC for a broken soldering.

If there is nothing wrong and the sensor resistance is correct, replace the EOC.

- The EOC Part number: AP2127074

Oven sensor checks out ok even up to temperature of ~ 400C. Connection all seem intact. Hope EOC fixes it and stays fixed for life of oven.
