Trane Heat motor not working-hums then cuts off. I took Fan motor to have checked and it runs. New dual capacitor, new start capcitor and new contactor relay. Voltage to each wire of motor is 115 volts. All wire connections appear to be ok. Any ideals or what can I check next. I think it is the motor but man said it was fine. The resistance from the two wires going into the motor is 23 ohms. Motor is 200-230/1/60 825 speed. Thanks for your help!!

When you say Blower motor, i assume your referring to the indoor motor. How have you tried to make it come on. Running the heat and letting it come on that way, or forcing it to come on by the thermostat ?

LATER, I went and ahead and replaced new start and dual caps, new contactor and cleaned and reinstalled all wires. Replaced fan and moter.
Works great, quiet as a mouse. Apparently, the small cracks in the fan blades ruined the bearings so the motor would not run. But with the moter being hand held, no fan, it would work. Crazy !!
