Hello, I would like to learn how to replace the lower interlock switch on my microwave...the light and the timer work, the turntable does not turn and it does not heat. It happened before...is it easy to replace? Thanks.

Mia,

Remove the top grille and open the control panel. All switches are screwed to the latch board (#28 on the diagram).

- The part number for the interlock switch is AP2024367

Most likely the problem is a bad interlock switch (#26 on the diagram), probably the upper one. This switch is very likely melted and wires to it are scorched.
