I have the temperature selector for the freezer set to the warmest setting, but the freezer doesn't get any warmer than -35F. The fridge is set to 5 and is fine except for a chunk of frost right above the top crisper drawer.
What should I be looking at?

Yes, that would be it.
I would check out Page 2-9 just in case it is a damper problem though the thermostat is the most likely cause. |
