I am attempting to gain entry into the washer to look at the belts but I can't figure out how the best way to remove the back of the washer is. The washer runs and cycles through however, when it get's to a spin cycle the machine does not want to spin. If you manually spin the wash drum then it will begin to go but does not reach full spin speed. There is also a smell of burning belts when it starts this process. Any help would be great.
