I have a compact Whirlpool washing machine and it does not stop filling with water, I do not know if it is the water level switch or maybe the hose for the pressure. Can anyone give me any pointers?
Thanks

Cheap laundry detergent can sometimes solidify and clog the plastic tube that goes to the water level switch. You will need to take the outer cover off the washer to check where it is plugged into the bottom of the tub. If the washer still floods with it unplugged, is is a jammed water solenoid, just replace it.
