After a loud sound from the side of the upper oven door, it appears that the right side hinge spring has either broken or become detached causing reduced tension on the closing of the door. I have identified a replacement spring but wanted to know how much trouble it is to repair this type of problem (i.e. - how do I disassemble to replace part?) Thanks

Thanks for the reply and information Gene. Is there a reference available to describe how to remove the assembly from the cabinet? thanks again.

Bill,
Unfortunately this oven is very old and no manuals available.
Gene.
