Well, just break it off and replace with a new part. I do not see what else could be done?

Hello Again Gene - The replacement parts (for the jammed spray arm hub and wash arm assembly) came today and I installed them. Sadly the dishwasher still trips the breaker - it will run through a complete cycle of "Rinse Only" but trips early in any of the wash cycles - soon after the unit is filled with water. Does this info give you any clue as to what might be wrong?

Looks like there is a problem in the heating circuit.
You have to check the heating element, the hi limit thermostat and the corresponding wires for a short to ground.
