If there is nothing wrong then, most likely the problem is the transmission/breaks assembly. - The part number for the drain pump is AP3193205 -The part number for the transmission/break assembly is AP2046402 Gene.

Also check for a foreign objects between the inner and the outer tubs. Check the suspension parts. Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LSQ8243HQ0 Gene.

If these are new machines like within a year the spanner nuts have been coming loose on them and the basket itself is just flopping around in it.. Will need new spanner nuts and lock ring... and depending on ho long it ran a new basket
