Hello, I have replaced the control panel on this oven (your order # 942193) Everything works, All controls except the start buttons on both the upper and lower ovens. Please advise Thank You Jim

Jim,
Open the control panel and unplug the ribbon cable from the control board. Using a magnifying glass inspect the ribbon cable for a hairline cracks. If there are any, then the control panel is bad.
If there are no such cracks, carefully plug the ribbon cable back into the control board. Make sure the connection is firm and try the oven again.

The old control panel would only work the lower oven, and not without touching the ribbon
