My fridge keeps filling with water at the bottom under the crisper drawers, which causes rusting underneath the seams there. What causes this build up of water. And it is not a little bit of water, and it only takes a couple of days to build up again. I think it may be the drain from the freezer but I have no idea how to fix that.

yeah your most lilely problem is a clogged drain. the drain is about the size of a dime and usually a pea or something gets clogged in that drain which causes the water to back up in the fridge. you will have to locate the drain and melt all the ice away from the drain and then use a turkey baster with hot water and spray it into the drain until the drain clears. its very hard to tell if the drain has been completely cleared or not so if the problem comes back after clearing it then you know there is still something stuck inthere.
