Mine broke and it was easier than i expected the plastic tip broke off where it comes out the dispenser. So what i did is exposed enough hose to cut out the whole plastic piece. Then i found something to join the two hoses together(old to new)snugly then i pulled on the old hose at the bottom of the door to feed the new one thru piece of cake then you connect up the waterline at bottom of door and reattach back in the dispenser.
