What is this and how can I fix it? Thanks! I have a kid with a pretty serious medical issue so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try a Rinse Only cycle if that completes then the above is likely. Check the heater itself should be about 15 ohms, it's thermostat should be 0 ohms and the thermistor should be around 10,000 ohms.
