On the way in check to make sure nothing is caught in the pump or drain hoses. Here is a video which will show you how. Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/13/2009(UTC) Posts: 5		Okay I've checked the coupler. Seems okay and doesn't look worn. I've also checked for a blocked drain. Nothing there either. Any other suggestions? I can rotate the drum by rotating the clutch by hand clockwise. Rotating the clutch counter clockwise, the clutch will turn about a quarter turn then stop.

I've noticed the contact arm on the switch doesn't seem to slide on the contact wheel smoothly, rather it jumps and coincides with the speed of the clicking.

The clicking sound was from the motor switch arm chattering against the wheel it rides on. The motor was jerking due to the brakes binding. Thanks again for your help. New brakes and it's working fine.
