Try to reset the power.
What happen if you depress any button?

We tried resetting the power (threw breaker for 30 seconds) a couple of times. It didn't help. When you depress the "oven cancel" button, it makes a beep. Nothing happens when you depress any other button. The screen shows the clock (can't program it) and "off."

Most likely the problem is a bad ERC but there is a small chance for the control panel to be bad as well. ERC is expensive but it is still available while the control panel has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I really do not know what to recommend in a such situation. - The ERC Part number: AP4041780
