Ok, here it goes. Oven stopped working after self-clean. Oven bake ignitor looked shot, replaced it. Still does not work. Code F14 displayed. Called J-A, they advised it was a runaway lower oven temp - likely the oven sensor or the ribbon board in control pannel.
The control panel is out of warranty, but they will send free if a certified repair tech ($130 to say hi + repair fee) verifies. Sensor is $40 +/-. I will try sensor first unless someone says not to.
How do I replace sensor? I heard the back panel must be removed in order to access it. Does the sensor wire connect to control panel or elsewhere? Are there any fuses (thermal or otherwise) that I check to see if they were blown?
Thanks for your assistance in advance! Al

Gene,
Yes, I am aware this range obviously has only 1 oven. As for the code, that's what it is. Per the Jenn-air contact #, that is what they told me "runaway" lower oven temp - which means either the oven sensor or the ribbon control panel.
I am trying to find someone who can walk me through the process of finding where the power lead for the sensor is. This way, I can try to replace it as it is a lot cheaper to try that first.
I also want someone with experience to let me know if this unit has any fuses that might have blown, and to explain where they are.
Thanks.

The are no fuses which can affect oven temperature. You can find all disassemble procedures in the Service manual.
The sensor harness plug is behind the rear range panel.
