My Whirlpool elect. dryer is making a lot of noise and walks forward. Even though it is level. Any ideas what's causing this?

Here are your parts Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL LEQ9558KQ1 | AppliancePartsPros.comYou will have to open it up and check. At the top of my list would be the rear support rollers. One of them may have a flat spot or a totally shot bearing. Check the channel on the drum where the rear rollers ride. Next would be has anything come loose. If it is a rear roller be sure to check that it's shaft is OK just in case that also needs replacing. Also check that the paddle in the drum is secure. I would probably check the belt, the idler wheel, front bearing ring etc. Replace as necessary. Basically do an overhaul. Also a good idea to clean/check your vent system. |
