i just got this fridg. a day later water is building in bottom of freezer and running onto floor

Remove the rear panel inside the freezer section and check the drain for a restriction or clog. The drain is a pencil-sized hole in the center under the evaporator coil.

when i turn off icemaker leaks seams to stop.would this still be a drain problem

Do you notice water overflowing from the ice maker when it's on?
