when you try to put the machine ..on heavy duty it won't It stays on the normal cycle ..The lights blink off and on :confused: :confused: :confused: HELP

If there was no error codes shown then most likely the problem is a bad key pad which is a part of the console. There is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well. I would start with the console replacement. If you need the correct part number for the console then post the color of it.
