The clamp on my blower wheel keeps comin off and causes the wheel to shake. Is there a clip on the plastic blower wheel, that might have broken off, that keeps this clamp on the wheel? I would like to know before I spend money on a part.

There should be a cir clip holding it on, see Item 12 in the "Motor & drive" section.
