Weeks ago dryer would not work. Checked and discovered it was the switch. Husband rigged it and it worked. Stopped working and husband finally replaces switch. Now it still won't start. He checked parts with an OHM meter and they were getting power. any suggestions?

The first thing I would do is check for continuity the thermal fuse (#7 on the diagram). If the thermal fuse is open then it has to be replaced together with the cycling thermostat (#8). You may want to clean the vent line all the way through the outlet. - The thermal fuse Part number: AP3132867
