I can not get the halogen bulb out to replace it. It is protruding to little to
grasp and pull out. Any ideas how to get it out safely?
No help in the manual found and no help from KitchenAid on the phone.
Please, help!!

The part number is for the bulb, WPL4452164.

The model number for the KitchenAid built-in oven/microwave is

KEMS307DWH6.

I tried that but there is no cover to remove. The bulb is visible from the inside of the microwave and doesn't have a cover. Is there maybe a special
device to pull out the halogen bulb without breaking it?
