I can not get the halogen bulb out to replace it. It is protruding to little to grasp and pull out. Any ideas how to get it out safely? No help in the manual found and no help from KitchenAid on the phone. Please, help!!
The part number is for the bulb, WPL4452164.
The model number for the KitchenAid built-in oven/microwave is
KEMS307DWH6.
