Question: Where is the door switch located?? Could you also give me directions on how to access the switch. thx.,

Interesting enough, after several days , the oven light just came on once when I opened the door of the oven.. I am suspecting a loose or burned connection but do not know how to access the oven switch to diagnose the problem..

The light switch could be a part of the door latch or it could be under a door hinge on side of the oven. Gene.

I believe it must be by the hinge but have no idea how to get side panels off the stove.. it appears that you have to take the entire stove apart.. So until I get that figured out I will not be able to go any further with this problem.. Doug
