I am trying to take apart the top to get to the indicator light that stays on all the time even when burner is off. I can't find a diagram for this model. It has numbers 0-6 after the main model number. Can anyone give me directions on how to get the top off of the range?

Which light stays "on": the hot surface indicator light or the burner "on-off" indicator light?
The model number you posted is incomplete. There should be one more letter as well as one more digit.
Gene.

Was the switch you used the exactamundo or a replacement equivilent? You have to pay attention to that or if you wire it wrong when 2 burners are switched on that puppy will smoke. Burner Switch Movie (quicktime player)
