I went on the GE site....I think I found the answer...there is a door flap that opens and closes when the ice dispenses, this door wouldn't close automatically after the ice comes out which causes condensation then ice to build up. So now I gently forced it closed. I am wondering if the hinge needs to be greased somehow so it will work again...hate to call a service man for that :) any suggestions.
