The agitator barely works - clothes spins fine. I think I need an agitator repair kit but I don't know how to remove the agitator.

Click on your model number and you will see an exploded diagram of your machine.

To remove the agitator pull of the cap which will expose a 7/16" bolt. Take it out and the top will come off. You can then lift the agitator off.

Here is your repair kit

:) :) :) Thanks sidfink43 - removed agitator, found agitator clutch dogs badly worn. Ordered repair kit. You are the man!
