We have a GE potscrubber that is 9 yrs old and the spray arm has stopped rotating. I am a novice at this and do not know what the problem may be. Could someone help?

Make sure the water level is just under the heater. If ok, and the spray arm is spraying ok, pull the spray arm off and clean out the end holes, this should fix the problem.
