replaced even heat electonic control assembly since then will run very hot for two or three loads and cuts of thermal fuse has happen twice

Open up the dryer and clean out the inside, particularly the blower assembly and related passages. Then thoroughly clean out the vent to the outside.
The primary reason the thermal fuse blows is because of restricted air flow.

I would also go ahead and REMOVE the filter housing and hit the insides with a water hose. Get the sand out of the base of the blower housing too.
