We've trying to take out heating spiral in the oven,but we didn't unplug the stove and short circuit happened.can we fix it by ourself?

Everything is fixable but you have to learn first what has been damaged.

I assume you are talking about an electric stove,and you were trying to take out the--electric spiral-- by this i think you are refering to the oven or burner element,you must have blown a fuse or breaker,older houses carry fuse newer ones use breakers they do the same thing,disconnect the power from the appliance whenever there is a short or a over load,a fuse usually need to be replaced, while a breaker can be reset, be careful electricity can cause property and personal damage it can also kill you.
