We noticed that the top rack of dishes was not getting clean. I twirled the upper spray arm and it is stopped because it hits the assembly at the back that it is connected to. Is it bent or loose? We can't tell. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks

The model number you posted is incomplete. 4 more digits are missing.

Check by the diagram if there is no missing parts and post the result.

It looks like it's all there. Part 8 is up inside of part 10. Is that how it should be? It seems like that is where the problem is because when I hold part 10 up and spin it, it doesn't hit.

Sorry for the delay. Make sure the part 7 is in place and properly holding part 6.

Yes, you were right. It was out of place. I can't believe we didn't notice. How is it that you could figure it out from there and we couldn't see it right in front of us? Thanks a million. You saved us a repair visit (and accompanying huge bill). Thanks again. Jane

You are welcome, Jane. There is no magics. This is very common situation and I've seen it many times. I'm glad you were able to fix it with no cost to you. Thank you for the feed back and good luck with your dishwasher.

Gene.
