Maytag MAH8700AWW water keeps running all the time. Even in the rinse and spin cycle it keeps the water running and in the off cycle.

If water is coming in even when the machine is off you will probably need to replace the water valve assembly.

Here is the part.

Part number: AP4044218

I just replaced the water inlet valve for the cold water. Problem solved. Water ran in on all cycles and also leaked in while the machine was not in use and the water was off at the wall. Very easy repair. Looking back the first troble sign was very wet clothes after the cycle stopped.
