I am having problems with the controls on the front of my Whirlpool dishwasher. All controls are dead EXCEPT for the cancel button which when pressed cycles for 2 minutes. I know that I have power to the appliance because the cancel button works OK. Any thoughts why all other buttons would be dead and what part is needed?

There are two parts in question (control panel and control board) and what was good for tb69396s dishwasher does not mean a solution for everybody. Unfortunately there is no way to tell exactly which part is wrong in each case.

This is a duplicated question. Answered here: http://forum.appliancepartspros...ishwasher-problem-2.html

John,

Do not go to a different threads for the same problem. You opened the thread: http://forum.appliancepartspros...ir/45954-dishwasher.html and received the respond from Frank there. He will never know about your reply here. Go back to your original thread and keep posting your replies there.
