Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/18/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		My Amana (modelsrd2555w) side by side fridge recently frosted up. I've had this happen before so I replaced the defrost thermostat. Here's where I'm stumped it the fan runs at first a and cuts off never cutting back on. The coils frost up but not as bad as when the defrost thermostat is out. The bottom of the freezer is cold but it's not cold enough to make ice. I'm thinking it's the fan motor but I'm not sure. I don't know how to tell if new defrost thermostat is bad or if it's just the fan. What do I do? Wendy
