It's never had problems before other than making some clicking noises when its running. Stopped cooling completely, removed back panel, fan is working, sounds like the compressor is trying to start but cuts out immediately. Coils were not very dusty nor was back panel.

Seems like a seizing compressor. I would get someone to look at it, hard to determine without looking at it.
